Personal Touch Training - Similar to having a personal trainer. $120/10 1-hour sessions.
Junior Jazzercise - Wednesdays at 11:15am - Dance fitness classes for teens and tweens. Includes cardio and light strength training. Learn a choreographed dance routine during last 15 minutes of class. Ideal for homeshoolers looking for Physical Education credits. Class meets Wednesdays at 11:15am-12:15am for High School ages. Middle school starts at 12:15pm.
